Here’s what’s happening at the Dolphins’ scrimmage on Saturday at Hard Rock Stadium. Please keep checking back for updates, which we will add to the top.

1:47 p.m.: Elijah Campbell intercepted a Skylar Thompson pass that deflected off Freddie Swain’s hands... Eli Apple deflected a Tua Tagovailoa pass that was intended to Cedrick Wilson Jr. Apple jumped the route.... Tua completed a 17-yard to Jaylen Waddle across the middle, against Miami’s third-team defense... Tagovailoa then threw an incompletion after Wilson slipped on a route...

A Tua dump off to Durham Symthe gained 12 yards... An Apple interception of Tua, on a 10-yard sideline throw near the end zone, ended the scrimmage. Smythe was the intended receiver. It was Tua’s second interception of the day but only his fourth of camp, and only two of those picks have come in 11 on 11 drills in nine practices.

1:45 p.m.: Jaylen Twyman knocked down a Tua Tagovailoa pass, which Tagovailoa caught and ran with, for a few yards... Twyman, the third-year player from Pittsburgh, then had a sack a few minutes later. He’s had a very good camp...

Skylar Thompson completed a pass to Salvon Ahmed that Ahmed took 15 yards up the sideline... A Thompson pass was broken up by Verone McKinley... Anthony Montalvo, the UCF rookie, had a sack on Thompson.

1:29 p.m.: Mike White failed to catch a snap from Dan Feeney and the football rolled for about 10 yards. It would have been a disaster in a real game... Bryce Thompson had a sack on Tua, who then threw an incomplete pass on a deep ball over the middle when Waddle slipped...

Bryce Thompson had a pass break up on a Tagovailoa throw to Waddle... Randy Charlton stopped Jeff Wilson for a short gain, then sacked Tagovailoa. Charlton, the Mississippi State rookie, hadn’t done much flashy in eight practices, but he had two shining moments today.

1:23 p.m. update: Miami Hurricanes rookie Mitchell Agude forced a throwaway with another pressure; his strong offseason continues... Mike White hit Chris Brooks for 10 yards on a short throw... White then overthrow Braxton Berrios... Salvon Ahmed ran for six... Robbie Chosen caught a pass for nine yards that initially deflected off the hands of Noah Igbinoghene. Chosen kept running for a touchdown, but it was called a 9-yard play.

1:15 p.m. update: Skylar Thompson completed a 10-yarder to River Cracraft... Salvon Ahmed ran for five yards between the tackles...Josias Bronson, who has flashed this camp, had a sack... Thompson hit Robbie Chosen for a 23 yard gain on a really nice throw.... Chris Brooks ran for three yards... Mike White threw across his body to Elijah Higgins for a 17-yard gain.... Jaylen Twyman and Channing Tindall stopped Myles Gaskin for a two-yard gain.

1:10 p.m. update: The scrimmage has resumed after a lightning delay. And Bradley Chubb immediately wraps up Raheem Mostert for no gain.... Tua converted a third and nine with a 15-yard completion to Waddle... Tagovailoa threw behind Waddle for an incomplete pass... Then Tua thew to Berrios for five yards... Zach Sieler batted away a Tagovailoa pass on 3rd and 5.

12:27: Players have left the field in a lightning delay.

12:25 p.m.: Jaelan Phillips beat Austin Jackson for a sack of Tua... Tagovailoa then hit Waddle on a nice throw for 18 yards on a sideline pattern....Sieler had a tackle for loss on a Jeff Wilson run. Sieler continues a fabulous camp...

Christian Wilkins had another quarterback pressure. He’s a menace and has exceed Vic Fangio’s expectations, Fangio said.... Noah Igbinoghene had a pass breakup on Waddle on a Tagovailoa throw. Noah has had a good camp.

12:15 p.m.: Tua Tagovailoa delivered a 58-yard TD to Tyreek Hill on a beautiful throw, against Keidron Smith. That was the play of the day through the first 45 minutes of the scrimmage.

12:10 p.m. update: Xavien Howard snuffed out a screen to Berrios for no gain... Berrios collided with Eli Apple on a 20-yard Mike White throw and the ball fell incomplete.. Rookie linebacker Aubrey Miller stopped Mostert for a gain out of two. Miller has had some very good moments in camp.

12:05 p.m. update: Tua was picked by Noah Igbinoghene in a miscommunication on a Tyreek Hill route.... Cam Smith, after Friday’s injury, is on the field for 11 on 11s. That’s encouraging.... Christian Wilkins had a sack, continuing an exceptional camp... Mike White had a nice throw to Robbie Chosen for a 10-yard gain.

Noon: Skylar Thompson completed a short pass to rookie tight end Elijah Higgins for a short gain... Zach Sieler had a tackle for loss on Chris Brooks... Emmanuel Ogbah limited Brooks to a short gain; Ogbah has had two good days in a row... James Blackmon, the former FSU player, is now in at quarterback, but briefly.... Channing Tindall wrapped up Jeff Wilson.... Jaylen Tyman had a sack.

11:58 a.m.: Mike White hit a sideline pass to Salvon Ahmed for four yards...A long pass from Tagovailoa to Tyreek Hill was knocked away by Keidron Smith. Myles Dorn also was in coverage... Myles Gaskin ran for six...

Nebraska rookie egde player Garrett Nelson had a sack... Skylar Thompson’s deep pass was knocked away by Jevon Holland; Braylon Sanders was the intended receiver... Ahmed had a nice gain (eight yards or so) to the right side.

11:53 a.m.: Rookie linebacker Aubrey Miller stopped Raheem Mostert for no gain.... Tua made a high throw to Mosert that was incomplete....Connor Williams snapped the ball well well over Tagovailoa’s head. It would have been a 16-yard loss in a real game...

Mostert gained five on a run... Jaelan Phillips stopped Myles Gaskin for a very short gain... Gaskin showed good burst on seven-yard run and then ran for four.... Receiver Chris Coleman is limping.

11:49 p.m.: Jeff Wilson Jr. left for the locker-room. He returned to the field a few minutes later and went back in the scrimmage with two fingers taped on his left hand.

11:47 p.m. Some highlights from QB/WR/CB drills and OL/DL drills: Xavien Howard was called for pass interference on Jaylen Waddle on a Tua pass; Howard picked up a Mike White pass intended to Tyreek Hill; Elijah Campbell had a good pass breakup on another play.. Kendall Lamm beat Mitchell Agude...

Dan Feeney had a good rep against Brandon Pili; Tino Ellis had a pass breakup on Chris Coleman; Aubrey Miller had a pass breakup; Robbie Chosen caught a TD from Skylar Thompson, against Eli Apple...

Jevon Holland intercepted a pass intended for Eric Saubert; Raekwon Davis got past Connor Williams on a swim move; Braxton Berrios looked over the wrong shoulder when Tagovailoa threw him a deep ball... Elijah Campbell forced an incompletion... Isaiah Wynn continues an impressive camp. (He confirmed after the scrimmage that he is playing snaps at guard.)

11:45 a.m. update: Rookie running back De’Von Achane has been spotted; he’s on the sideline but dressed in street clothes, walking gingerly and working on the side. [Update: Mike McDaniel said Achane won’t be out very long.]

11:30 a.m. update: Terron Armstead, who did some 11 on 11 work last week after coming off PUP, is not scrimmaging. He had offseason knee surgery but should be fine for the regular season.

11:25 a.m.: Erik Ezukanma and Malik Reid and Duke Riley don’t appear to be practicing. All have injuries.

11:20 a.m.: Safety DeShon Elliott, who has participated in a lot of 11 of 11 work, is not scrimmaging and was working out on the sidelines. He dealt with a shoulder injury during the offseason but it’s unclear if that’s still the issue.

11 a.m. update: Cornerback Keion Crossen, who has been out since early in camp with an undisclosed injury, was dressed in uniform and wearing compression sleeves on both legs. He’s not participating in the scrimmage.

10:55 a.m. update: Defensive backs Trill Williams and Brandon Jones, working their way back from 2022 ACL injuries, are not wearing pads. They did some 11 on 11 work last week. Nik Needham also is doing some work but obviously not scrimmaging; he remains on PUP after last October’s Achilles injury.

10:45 a.m. update: Rookie cornerback Cam Smith was dressed and ambulatory, a day after he left practice earlier with an apparent leg issue. Smith, after working in coverage on Friday, slipped on the sidewalk by the practice field end zone and walked off gingerly. Further evaluation revealed nothing serious. He’s working in cornerback drills before the scrimmage. [Update: Smith later got 11 on 11 work.]

9:10 a.m. update: The Dolphins worked out former Florida State defensive tackle Marvin Wilson on Saturday, but he left without a contract offer. Wilson appeared in two games for the Eagles over the past two seasons.

Any defensive tackle who signs would compete with Southern Cal rookie Brandon Pili, among others, for the backup nose tackle job behind Raekwon Davis. Miami so far has bypassed signing a veteran defensive tackle to replace John Jenkins, who’s now with the Raiders.
