LIVE: Matt Ryan's huge day leads Colts to thrilling win over Jaguars
The Indianapolis Colts meet the Jacksonville Jaguars for the second time this season in NFL Week 6 action at Lucas Oil Stadium.
The Colts (2-2-1) are missing some key players due to injury, but they had extra prep time after beating the Denver Broncos 12-9 in overtime on Thursday night of Week 5. The Jaguars (2-3) have lost two games in a row, cooling off after a start that included a 24-0 Week 2 win over the Colts.

Matt Ryan has his busiest day as a Colt, going 42-of-58 for 389 and 3 touchdowns. That's Ryan's most attempts in his career.
Michael Pittman Jr. has 13 catches for 134 yards, and Deon Jackson has 10 for 79. Jackson also rushes for 42 yards, but he leaves late with a quad injury.
The Colts have their highest-scoring game of the season and don't allow Ryan to be sacked.
Trevor Lawrence uses his arm and legs. He completes 20-of-22 passes for 160 yards, and he rushes 6 times for 23 yards and 2 touchdowns. Travis Etienne has 10 carries for 86 yards, and 2 catches for 20 yards. Jacksonville rushes for 243 yards and doesn't allow a 2nd-half sack of Lawrence, who went down 4 times in the first half.
The Colts (3-2-1) visit the Tennessee Titans (3-2), who will be coming off a bye, in Week 7.
