LIVE: Indiana women's basketball loses to Miami in NCAA tournament
Indiana women's basketball hosts Miami in NCAA tournament second-round action.
The top-seeded Hoosiers (27-3) defeated Tennessee Tech in the first round as All-American center Mackenzie Holmes sat out with a knee injury. Freshman Lilly Meister acquitted herself well in Holmes' place. Holmes is expected back tonight.
The Hurricanes (20-12) edged Oklahoma State in the first round after trailing heading into the fourth quarter. Haley Cavinder leads Miami, averaging 12.8 points per game, and Destiny Harden adds 11.9 points and 5.8 rebounds.
