Live music and more: Here's what to know about the Lebanon Area Fair
The Lebanon Area Fair, held at the Lebanon Expo Center & Fairgrounds, is just around the corner and packed with a full seven days of fun.
The fair will open on Saturday, July 22 and close on Saturday, July 29.
Here's what else to know if you're planning a trip to the fair this year:
Admissions and ticketing
From 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., admission is free. Children under 10 years old are admitted free all day, every day.
After 3 p.m. daily, admission is $5 for those 10 and older.
Senior Citizens aged 65 and older are admitted free on Tuesday, July 25. Military appreciation night is Thursday, July 27, when all active and retired military are admitted free with identification.
Chicken and Ham BBQ tickets are available from 4-H club members or from the fair office for $12. BBQ tickets also grant admission to the main gate.
Track events require separate tickets. Pre-sale tickets are available online and in the fair office. Advance tickets for those events are non-refundable and in the event of inclement weather, may be rescheduled.
Children under 10 get into the track events for free.

Food, rides and more
Alongside a lively list of music performances and track events, amusement rides will be available every day along with live circus shows from circus incredible, magic shows and a petting zoo from Eudora Farms along with many farm exhibits, agriculture shows and contests happening throughout the week.

At 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, Visit Lebanon Valley and local business will be coming together in the north hall to construct the world's largest Lebanon Bologna Sandwich.

The fair will be capped off with a fireworks display on the track on its last night, Saturday, July 29, at 10 p.m.
