LIVE: Big 10 champ Purdue basketball edges Wisconsin

Purdue basketball tries bring back normalcy to Big Ten basketball (if there is such a thing these days) with a visit to Wisconsin.

The Boilermakers (24-5, 13-5) have won at least a share of the conference championship despite their recent struggles. Purdue's Zach Edey remains a frontrunner for Big Ten Player of the Year. The Badgers (16-12, 8-10) are desperate for a win to get back into the NCAA tournament conversation.

Zach Edey scores 17 points and has 19 rebounds. Fletcher Loyer scores 13. The Boilers are 4-of-19 on 3-pointers and hold a 37-23 rebounding edge.

Max Klesmit scores a season-high 19 points and Chucky Hepburn 13 for Wisconsin, which goes 10-of-24 3-pointers.

The Boilermakers finish the regular season Sunday by hosting Illinois. They have the No. 1 seed for next week's conference tournament in Chicago.
