The Seminoles beat UCLA on Friday 5-3 thanks to a two-run triple by Jordan Carrion and a home run by Alex Toral. Will ace Parker Messick, whose 140 strikeouts in the regular season were tied for third in the nation, make another appearance after starting Friday?
The Bruins (39-23) bounced back after Friday's loss, beating Southeastern Louisiana 16-2 to advance in the losers' bracket. Cody Schrier and Jake Palmer drove in three runs each in the win.
