Testimony continued in the murder trial of George Wagner IV
WAVERLY, Ohio -- The trial of George Wagner IV in connection with the 2016 shooting deaths of Pike County's Rhoden family continues Friday.
On Thursday, witnesses focused on Wagner's mother, Angela Wagner, and overall family dynamics in the Wagner family. Angela Wagner and son Edward "Jake" Wagner pleaded guilty to the Rhoden killings last year, after earlier maintaining their innocence.
Wagner IV has entered not guilty pleas to eight counts of aggravated murder and 14 related charges. His trial in the Pike County Common Pleas Court began Aug. 29.
Wagner IV's father, Geroge "Billy" Wagner III, will be tried on the same charges next year.
