The Browns, with Joshua Dobbs still at QB, take the second half kick off and march 75 yards in 11 plays capped by a 6-yard run from running back John Kelly. They now lead 20-14 after the extra point.

Eagles take opening kickoff down the field to score
Behind the running of Boston Scott - 10 carries, 33 yards and the score - the Philadelphia Eagles take the opening drive of 14 plays on 76 yards and take a 7-0 lead with 7:34 left in the first quarter.
Despite a shaky start from quarterback Deshaun Watson and the offense in general, the Browns come into their second preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a 1-0 record after a 24-13 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Sunday's game is the preseason home debut and Watson will not play after negotiating an 11-game suspension with the NFL on Thursday. Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said Watson will not play in the remaining two preseason games.
The Browns and Eagles enter the game after two combined practice sessions in Berea on Thursday and Friday.
Jacoby Brissett, the presumed starter during Watson's absence, is expected to get his first preseason playing time against the Eagles.
