Live updates: Bryan Harsin, Auburn football players speak at SEC Media Days 2022

ATLANTA — Auburn football is making its appearance at 2022 SEC Media Days on Thursday, helping close out the preseason event with Tennessee and Texas A&M.

Second-year coach Bryan Harsin will be joined at the College Football Hall of Fame by junior running back Tank Bigsby, senior tight end John Samuel Shenker and senior edge Derick Hall.

Harsin is set to speak to reporters at 8:05 a.m. CT. His main press conference will be televised live on SEC Network. From there, he will do a series of other interviews.

Auburn is hoping to rebound from its first losing season since 2012. Harsin's debut campaign got off to a promising 6-2 start, with the Tigers even contending for an SEC West crown, but a five-game skid ended the season, including a heartbreaking four-overtime Iron Bowl loss to Alabama and a Birmingham Bowl loss to Houston.

Bigsby, Shenker and Hall will also speak with media in various settings throughout the morning.

Bigsby is widely expected to be one of college football's top running backs as he becomes NFL Draft eligible after this season. He ran for 1,099 yards last year on 4.9 per carry.

Shenker set single-season school records for receptions (33) and receiving yards (413) by a tight end. Hall finished third in the SEC with nine sacks.
