Game recap: FAMU Rattlers rally, hold on for 21-14 SWAC win over Alabama State

Someone's streak is coming to an end.

Florida A&M football enters today with a seven-game winning streak. Its opponent, Alabama State have won three consecutive contests.

The Rattlers (7-2, 5-1 SWAC) reigned victorious last week in its home finale by defeating Southern, 30-16 at Bragg Memorial Stadium.

The Hornets (6-3, 4-2 SWAC) last defeated Bethune-Cookman in Daytona, 37-22 to continue their winning ways.

Today's game will hold conference implications as FAMU is No. 2 in the SWAC and is trailed by No. 3 Alabama State.

A win for the Rattlers will continue their quest for an at-large playoff bid.
