“We haven’t had this kind of game, this kind of environment at home yet,” Smart said on his radio show Thursday night. “What’s the standard at Georgia? What’s the standard of our fans? We’ve never needed them more to impact a game for a team that has not been on the road for the entire year, been home for every game and they’re going on the road, the environment that should be created at the University of Georgia, I have expectations of that. I’d be terribly disappointed if it wasn’t that way.”

Even with Georgia at being not on top of its game the last two games including in its come-from-behind win at Missouri last week.

“I know everybody has expectations of our team, I do too and expectations of our coaching staff and expectations of the fan is that they control this game and they make it really difficult to play in the environment we create,” Smart said. “That’s what a great home stands does. There’s nothing casual about that.”
