Penn State football fans are back at Beaver Stadium for the second week in a row as the Nittany Lions take on the Delaware Blue Hens at noon Saturday.
The game comes after Penn State opened its season last week with a 38-15 win over West Virginia that saw quarterback Drew Allar impressing in his first career start.
