Living Spaces Opens First Dallas–Fort Worth Location in Grand Prairie

The showroom is the third for the company in Texas, and features a variety of tools for designers

Calfornia-based furniture retailer Living Spaces has added a third Texas store to its portfolio this week in Grand Prairie, a suburb in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Designers and shoppers will have 860,000 square feet of space to explore at Living Spaces’s newest facility, featuring “hundreds” of vignettes, according to the company.

The store will also feature a so-called 3D Room Designer Tool, which customers or designers can use to create digital versions of houses to see how their furniture purchases will fit in the home’s layout. The Design Studio also has a special-order upholstery program where customers can render custom upholstery designs from 120 fabrics with the help of on-site design experts. In addition to free coffee and Wi-Fi, the showroom has kept shoppers with families in mind with a 2,000-square-foot multilevel playground and supervised movie room for kids to enjoy.

As Grover Geiselman, CEO and founder of Living Spaces, said in a statement: “Grand Prairie is a growing community for families to call home. We’re excited to be a part of the community and to serve as a resource for homeowners in the region.”
