Livingston man dies in motorcycle crash on Route 280 near Parsippany-Troy Hills

A Livingston man died in a crash on Route 280 near Parsippany-Troy Hills early Friday, police said.

According to state police, the crash happened at 1:14 a.m. on Route 280 east near milepost 0.5 in Parsippany. The driver Jason M. Otero, 44, from Livingston sustained fatal injuries.

According to the initial investigation, a Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling eastbound veered off the road colliding with a concrete barrier and overturning.

The crash is under investigation and no additional details are available at this time.
