Lizzie Cundy gets advice from Lady Gaga after puppy is snatched in London

Lizzie Cundy is offering a £5,000 reward after her puppy Alfie was stolen in London, following advice from Lady Gaga.

The brown Maltipoo – which the TV star apparently shares with a friend - was snatched in Belgravia and she said it was “heartbreaking”.

She told The Sun that a mutual friend reached out to Gaga after the theft, as the Paparazzi singer was also a victim of dog-snatching a couple of years ago.

The dog was apparently stolen outside Wilton Place Church in Belgravia by a couple.

“It's something that is really occurring throughout the world and it was very publicised that Lady Gaga had her dogs stolen in LA," said Cundy, 55.

“I have a mutual friend who knows Lady Gaga so he's reached out to ask her if there's anything she can do to help us.

"She said to put a reward up and she sends love and prayers and we've put up a £5,000 reward for the return of little Alfie cause he needs to come back home.”

Cundy also shared a picture of Alfie on Instagram, telling her followers: “Beautiful Alfie was stolen on Sunday in Belgravia.

“It’s heartbreaking.. If anyone saw anything or knows someone trying to sell a Maltipoo puppy and it possibly could be Alfie please let me know.

“There will be a large reward and Alfie needs to come back home.”

What happened to Lady Gaga’s dogs?

In 2021, Gaga’s dogs Koji and Gustav were stolen by attackers who shot dog walker Ryan Fischer in the chest.

The singer offered $500,000 (around £359,000 at the time) for the safe return of the French bulldogs and they were later recovered.

Fischer survived the attack.
