Local 4-Hers earn ribbons in second round of project judging

More than 100 Wayne County 4-Hers earned outstanding ribbons during a second round of project judging in August. The interview judging is required for members to enter their Still and Family and Consumer Sciences projects for display in the Junior Fair Building at the County Fair, Sept. 9-14.
