Local authorities report damage in several districts of Kyiv after morning missile attack

In all of the incidents related to the missile attack, there were no casualties.

The authorities noted that an enemy missile hit an infrastructure facility in Kyiv, although there was no critical damage or fire.

At the same time, a fire broke out in a metal warehouse building in Holosiyivskyi district in the south of the capital due to falling debris. Parts of a falling Russian missile damaged the roof of a garage.

Moreover, two cars were damaged by missile fragments in the Darnytskyi district in the east of the city, on the left bank of the Dnipro River.

Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat reported that Russia attacked Kyiv on Jan. 14 with missiles coming from the northern direction on a ballistic trajectory. However, he said that warning of the missile threat came late due to a lack of radar data and information from other sources.
