Sep. 21—Allen-Rogowicz induction banquet slated for Oct. 16

The Allen-Rogowicz Chapter of Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame will hold its 2022 Induction Banquet on Sunday, Oct. 16, at the Community Fire Company, Landingville.

Doors will open at 3:30 p.m., with class pictures at 4 p.m., dinner at 4:30 p.m., social hour at 5:30 p.m. and induction ceremony at 6:30 p.m. A cash bar will be available. This year's banquet will honor both the 2021 and 2022 Hall of Fame classes.

The 2021 induction class includes Robert Burcik (Blue Mountain), Jennifer (Forney) Daubert (Nativity), Vanco Georgevic (Schuylkill Haven), David "Duce" Kline (Saint Clair), Randy Klinger (Tri-Valley), Noble "Bud" Quandel (Minersville), Seth Shuey (Williams Valley), Laura (Jacoby) Schaeffer (Schuylkill Haven), Brian Unger (Williams Valley) and Mark Wyllie (Pine Grove).

The 2022 induction class includes Lindsey Artz (Tri-Valley), James Beveridge (Pottsville), Chris Blickley (Schuylkill Haven), Mary Ann Cremo (Minersville), Darle Cresswell (Blue Mountain), Kristen Cuff (Nativity), Samuel "Sammy" Julian (Blue Mountain), Ian Mahal (Minersville), Dwight "Ike" Miller (Pine Grove), Mike Tracey (Nativity) and Jordin (Schaffner) Williams (Williams Valley).

Tickets will be provided for the inductees and one guest. Additional tickets cost $35 per person and can be purchased by calling Rick Wade at (570) 385-1570 or from any ARC committee member.

The Allen-Rogowicz Chapter of the PA Sports Hall of Fame promotes the education, scholarship and sports in nine school districts: Blue Mountain, Minersville, Nativity, Pine Grove, Pottsville, Saint Clair, Schuylkill Haven, Tri-Valley and Williams Valley.
