Local 'celebrities' and chefs create new meals to win title of 'Greatest Chef of Michiana'

SOUTH BEND — The YMCA of Greater Michiana presents the 2022 Greatest Chefs of Michiana competition and fundraiser at 6 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Palais Royale, 105 W. Colfax Ave.

The 11th annual event will raise money to provide programming to families and individuals throughout the South Bend community.

Local “celebrities” are paired with local chefs/restaurants, and, together, they create a new dish that will be presented to the community through placement on the chef’s restaurant menu and at the event on Oct. 28.
