Local food pantry works to help struggling families amid inflation

Several North Carolinians are struggling to feed their families as inflation sends grocery prices soaring.

A Gastonia food pantry said they’re helping nearly as many people now as they did during the height of COVID-19.

“No matter how much you make, you never have enough,” said mother Brionna Harrison.
