Law enforcement funding for cameras

The Ohio Department of Public Safety’s Office of Criminal Justice Services is now accepting applications for the second round of the Ohio Body-Worn Camera Grant Program. The program assists local law enforcement agencies with costs related to camera equipment, video storage, public record management personnel, and more. Applicants must submit proposals online through theOnline Grants Management System by 5 p.m. on Sep. 8.

Post office to hold job fair

The Cambridge Post Office, 954 Wheeling Ave., will host a job fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday to fill immediate openings for city carrier assistants. Starting salary is $18.92 per hour.

USPS personnel will be on-site to provide detailed information about the positions and answer questions. Applications are accepted online only at www.usps.com/careers. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays and have an acceptable driving record. CCSD board meeting scheduled for next week

The Cambridge City School Board of Education will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Cambridge Primary School, 1115 Clairmont Ave.
