Locals graduate college

OXFORD − Benjamin Jacoby, Jack Nash and Justin Colon Figueroa of Zanesville; Emily Hoover, Wen Rao and Owen Campbell of Frazeysburg; Gabby Tittle of Thornville; Megan Davis of Chandlersville; and Zane Shumar of Somerset recently graduate Miami University.

Caitlyn Messbarger of Thornville graduated from the University of Mississippi, with a bachelor's degree in psychology.

Harris makes dean's list

TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA − Caden Harris of Zanesville was named to the spring semester dean's list at the University of Alabama.

Howell serving internship

FINDLAY − Tanya Howell of Malta, a student at the University of Findlay, is serving a summer internship at S. Bradley Show Horses of Zanesville. She's majoring in animal science.

VBS at Gratiot Church

GRATIOT − Big and Bold vacation Bible school will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 16 to 21 at Gratiot United Methodist Church, 345 South St. A program and potluck will be on the final night.
