Zoning and Planning meeting scheduled

The Zoning and Planning Commission will meet at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26 in council chambers, 814 Wheeling Ave. Information regarding the requested variance is as follows:

  • Applicant: McQueen Advertising Co. Inc.

  • Applicant Address: 2010 Vermilion Road, Vermilion

  • Variance Property Address: Dunkin Donuts, 2245 Southgate Parkway, Cambridge

  • Zoning District: Commercial

  • Description of Variance: Request to change the number of allowed wall signs from three to four. Request to change the max height for a standing sign from 15’ to 25’ and the sign area from 30 sq ft to 75 sq ft.

CCSD board meeting on Thursday

The Cambridge City School Board of Education will conduct the October regular board meeting at 5 p.m. on Thursday at Garfield Administrative Center, 518 S. Eighth St., Cambridge.

Cambridge trustees meeting change

The Cambridge Township Trustees will hold its regular meeting at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12 instead of the normal second Wednesday of each month.
