West Lafayette woman injured in crash

COSHOCTON − The Coshocton County Sheriff's Office reported a two-vehicle crash shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Ohio 83 and Otsego Avenue.

Authorities said Nathan Correll, 20, of Uhrichsville, failed to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic and was struck by a vehicle heading northbound on Ohio 83 driven by Gloria J. Medina, 54, of West Lafayette. The Correll vehicle was flipped onto its side. Medina had to be extracted from her vehicle by first responders.

Correll was treated and released on scene. Medina was transported to Coshocton Regional Medical Center for treatment of undisclosed injuries. Assisting were Three Rivers Fire District, Coshocton County Emergency Medical Services, Prince's Wrecker Service and REACT.

Auditor's office closing early Friday

COSHOCTON − The Coshocton County Auditor's Office will close at noon Friday and reopen at 8 a.m. Monday.

Rotary Club announces Thursday raffle winners

COSHOCTON − The Coshocton Rotary Club has announced Thursday winners for its 12 Days of Christmas raffle. Winners get a $60 gift card to Buehler's Fresh Foods. Winners were Don Billman, Jackie Buchanan, Tammy Gross, Jamie Hammersley and Bob Hamilton. The bonus $100 went to Linda Hostetler.
