No bids received for roof project

COSHOCTON — Coshocton County Commissioners received no bids on Wednesday for a project to repair roofs on a few county owned buildings.

Patrick Kelly of Kelly Architectural Services of Zanesville said he believes the lack of bids is related to supply chain issues. He said a membrane specified for use in the project won't be available for about a year and foam insulation is also on back order.

The materials required are to be reevaluated to see if materials more readily available can be used and then send the project out for bid again.

The buildings part of the project are the Coshocton County Courthouse, Courthouse Annex, Coshocton County Probate and Juvenile Court and part of the Hopewell building that's being renovated for the Coshocton County Health Department and coroner's office.
