Rob McBurney knocked in a hole-in-one, using a wedge on the 129-yard 18th hole on Wednesday at Fuller's Fairways. His witnesses were Rob McBurney, Jr., Tim Minosky, and Phil Minosky.
Youth Baseball Leagues report scores
In Tri-Valley 8U Coach Pitch, Zanesville Vision Care won 9-6 over MedBen, as Nolan Dillon, Carter Hogue and Luke Blaney each had three hits. Beckett Lowe and Brayson Sherfy both had three hits for MedBen.
In West M 8U Softball, The Undertakers defeated Sarah Wickerham Insurance 15-0. The Undertakers were led with four hits by Gabby Cox, including a grand slam home run, Bristol Sands with five hits, and Brielle Grubb, Rae McGee, Penelope Higdon, Annabelle HIgdon with 3 hits each.
In Muskingum Valley 12U, Tri Valley Elevate to Celebrate defeats Tri Valley Frazeysburg Pharmacy 11-10 in extra innings. Alex Patterson and Parker Shaffer each had a Home Run for the winning team and Cale Preston had a walk-off single to win the game. Tyler Hindel had two singles and Weston Warden had a double for Frazeysburg Pharmacy.

Goelz League plays foursome
The Charlie Goelz League played Foursome: 2 Best Balls, Par 4’s and Par 5’s and Best Balls – Par 3’s.
The winners were Brent Mirgon, Dan Sylvester, Dave Kessler and Blind Draw (John Schowinsky) at 8-under, while Joe Allen, Tim McHugh, Jason Rosser and Bryan Graham were second at 7-under, and Blake Hartford, Ron Kalchik, John Hibler and Blind Draw (Rusty Montgomery) at 6-under.
Dave Kessler made the longest putt on No. 1 (21-feet), and Bryan Graham had the closest to the pin on No. 8 (13-2).
Green Valley Couples League to begin May 20

ZDGA hosting Two-Man competition
The Zanesville District Golf Association will hold the Two Man Better Ball tournament on Saturday, May 7, at Jaycee's. Tee times beginning around. 10:30 a.m., and optional skins game.
Cost is $100 per team includes cart. Details and sign-up available at www.zdga.org.
Dresden Dorados Swim Team forming
The Dresden Dorados Swim Team, for ages 6-18, will have a suit fitting from 10 a.m. to noon and an informational meeting at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 30 at the Dresden Pool.
Online signups also begin on April 30 by visiting https://dresdendorados.swimtopia.com/.
Swimmers must be able to swim at least one length of the pool without assistance. Registration is $120 for the first swimmer in your family, $100 for the second, $90 for the third and $50 for each additional swimmer. Registration includes a DORADO T-Shirt and Team Cap. League fees are $13 and will be assessed during registration. Registrations after May 22 will incur a $25 late fee.
