Locals brave the heat for Thibodaux's Cajun Linen Night, here's a look at the day's event

Artists, confectioners, musicians and more flocked to downtown Thibodaux to turn its blocks into a gallery of goodies.

Vendor booths lined the sidewalks, and customers braved the summer heat to peruse the art, unique foods, crafts, face painting, charcuterie board demonstration or just enjoy the live music Aug. 11 for Cajun Linen Night. The event was named after White Linen Night, a New Orleans art inspired event that turns a block of the city into an art gallery.
