(SOUNDBITE) (French) CUSTOMER IN HER SIXTIES AND MOTHER OF LACROIX, MARIE RIOU, SAYING:

"It's something that I missed. I used to often go (to restaurants) with my daughter and friends, and I must admit that I've been missing it. So, we are very happy."

Fatiha El-Kaddaoui has been working as a private chef for two years

(SOUNDBITE) (French) PRIVATE CHEF, FATIHA EL-KADDAOUI, SAYING:"This demand exists because these people (her clients) used to go to restaurants one, two times a week or even more. For example, company executives used to organize work dinners or lunches with their clients, and now, they have to stay at home and invite their clients there obviously within the limits of the law."

She now turns down 15 to 30 requests a month due to high demand

(SOUNDBITE) (French) 35-YEAR-OLD CUSTOMER, VALERIE LACROIX, SAYING:

"We have a restaurant at home. The dishes were magnificent, very well served.
