The lone Bed Bath & Beyond in Pensacola is closing July 30, can locals get a good deal?

Pensacola's lone Bed Bath & Beyond is set to close for good this coming Sunday. The chain filed for bankruptcy in April and has spent the past couple of months closing their stores across the nation.

Bed Bath & Beyond told the USA Today Network-Florida that "Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuy BABY closing sales will continue through all stores’ last day open to the public on Sunday, July 30. We encourage customers to shop with us while inventory remains and appreciate their longstanding support and trust in us through their most important life moments for more than 50 years."

The brand will continue to exist following Overtstock's, an online furniture and home retailer, acquisition of Bed Bath & Beyond's intellectual property and brand in June.

Pensacola's Bed Bath & Beyond has been participating in the chain's closing sale which features major discounts on every item in the store. Items have flown off of the shelves and many of the sections are growing bare.
