Long Island Couple Who Beat Coronavirus Renews Vows

This Valentine's Day is extra special for one Long Island couple. They're renewing their vows after defeating the coronavirus.

- This Valentine's Day is extra special for a couple of Long Island. They're renewing their vows after defeating the coronavirus. Grace and Charlie Limbach of North Hempstead have been married for nearly four decades. In December they both caught the coronavirus. They say by renewing their vows, it symbolizes love which persevered through the pandemic.

GRACE LIMBACH: It means we're in for another 37.

[LAUGHTER]

CHARLIE LIMBACH: Yeah.

GRACE LIMBACH: Without time off for good behavior.

- Applause for the couple. North Hempstead officials hosted the COVID-safe ceremony in Greenvale. A jeweler there even provided them with special wedding bands free of charge. Congratulations, again.
