Long Line of Cars at Niagara Falls Border as Canada Opens to Vaccinated US Citizens

A long line of cars formed at the Canada-United States border in Niagara Falls at midnight as Canada began allowing vaccinated US citizens and permanent residents to enter from August 9.

Travelers were expected to have allowed at least 14 days to pass since their last vaccine dose and have a negative COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours old, according to news reports.
