Long Line of Cars Waits Outside Houston Food Bank After Big Freeze

A long line of cars waited at a food bank in Houston, Texas, on Tuesday, February 23, after severe winter weather affected millions of people across the state.

Footage taken by Jaime Garcia shows a long line of vehicles leading to a Gallery Furniture store that was giving out food and bottled water on Tuesday morning. The distribution center was hosted by storeowner Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale, sponsored by WorkTexas and Neighborhood Schools Inc, and aided by the Cajun Navy Relief Organization.
