Long Line Seen Outside Store in Cardiff as Lockdown Eases

A line of people was seen stretching along a street in Cardiff, Wales, on the morning of April 12 as shops opened with the easing of coronavirus restrictions. Similar scenes were repeated outside stores in English cities.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that April 10 had been a “record-breaking day”, with 475,230 second doses of the coronavirus vaccine administered.
