Jan. 25—Longmont will host a community open house concerning its transportation mobility plan on Feb. 1 at the Longmont Public Library, 409 Fourth Ave., in meeting rooms A and B.
Attendees can expect to learn more about how the city plans to reduce congestion, enhance safety and improve various modes of transportation.
The open house is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and will include a short presentation at 6 p.m.
Those who cannot attend but still want to offer their opinions on citywide transportation efforts may do so by taking an online community survey, which will be available from Monday through Feb. 25.
Those who require special accommodations such as sign language or Spanish interpretation and would like to attend the open house should contact planning staff at 303-651-8330 by Monday.
