A look at the 10 most expensive homes sold in Athens in first half of 2023

While Athens has plenty of luxury student housing, there are also plenty of ritzy, high-dollar homes.

According to Realtor.com, the median listing price of a home in Athens is $392,000, which is up almost 10% from the median in January, which was $369,000. While these figures represent the middle ground of Athens real estate, the most expensive properties sold so far in 2023 are well about the $1 million mark.

Unsurprisingly, the Five Points area is home to more than half of the 10 most expensive homes sold in Athens during the first half of 2023. A two-story Cobbham treasure ties for the top spot with a one-and-a-half story favorite in Five Points.
