The sale is open on two Saturdays, Dec. 3 and Dec. 10, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Poly Plant Shop, located on campus off of Via Carta Road.

The festive flowers come in a variety of sizes, with prices ranging from $10 to $100. Some of the plants fit into 4-inch pots, while others are 3 feet tall in 14-inch pots, according to the news release.

Cal Poly plant science students grew the poinsettias in greenhouses on campus.
