Looking for a home: Adoptable pets in Lane County

Greenhill Humane Society

Meet beautiful, smiley girl Lucky! This black and white 7-year-old Alaskan malamute is a big gal with a bigger heart. She is the silliest pup that promises to make you smile. She would love a home that has a big backyard because she loves to sprint and toss toys around. It’s really cute to watch her get excited because she spins and zooms around. We love what a happy lady she is. She loves being with her people and is very friendly. A volunteer said, “Lucky makes me smile because she is always happy!”

Lucky is looking to be the only pet in the home so she can get all the attention she deserves. She is very playful and would do well with kiddos who can help her master some training. She weighs between 90-95 pounds, is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Lucky would make a loyal companion to her new family.

Greenhill Humane Society is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 88530 Green Hill Road in Eugene. For more information, call 541-689-1503 or visit green-hill.org.

Greg is a shy, athletic teenager who's got crazy jumping skills when playing with toys. He's like a puma in kitten form! Greg came from a colony of cats who had missed out on human interaction as babies, so he's still learning that good things happen when people are around and making great progress.

If you'd like to add Greg and/or one of his siblings to your family, please stop by the shelter, 2840 Rhododendron Dr., Florence, or apply online, at oregoncoasthumanesociety.org
