Lachlan is a large 1-year-old Catahoula leopard mix with a black and brown coat. He’s a gentle, nice dog that is looking for his special family to adventure with. He can be shy when meeting new people, but with lots of patience and love, Lachlan warms right up.

“Lachlan is a cuddly, playful fellow with a loving disposition. He appears to love his ears scratched and seems very well-mannered," a Greenhill Humane Society volunteer said.

Lachlan should meet any canine friends at the shelter prior to adoption and should have a slow introduction to any feline friends. He can be vocal at times and would thrive in a house with a large fenced-in yard to romp around in. He weighs 56 lbs., is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. According to Greenhill, Lachlan is a sensitive dog that deserves to be treated like the prince he is.
