As part of the New Traditions Diversity Series, the Eykamp Quartet will perform Florence B. Price's "Calvary" from Five Folksongs in Counterpoint for String Quartet, Amy Beach's Theme and Variations for Flute and String Quartet and Grazyna Bacewicz's String Quartet No. 4.

USI basketball pays Eastern Illinois

5 p.m. for the women's game and 7:30 p.m. for the men's game at Screaming Eagles Arena, 8600 University Blvd. Tickets range from $5 to $15.

Join the USI women's team as they take on the Eastern Illinois University Panthers for the annual Women’s Play4Kay Cancer Awareness game. The men’s game is a Coaches vs. Cancer event. Fans are encouraged to wear pink.

Downtown Newburgh Chocolate Walk

10 a.m., Friday and Saturday, downtown Newburgh. A $10 donation is requested.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend in downtown Newburgh by shopping, dining, and walking through the historic district while exploring businesses to collect chocolate goodies

Evansville Thunderbolts hockey

7 p.m., Ford Center, 1 SE Martin Luther King Drive. Tickets range from $16 to $35.

Join the Evansville Thunderbolts for First Responders Night, when they give thanks to first responders with $10 tickets and the ability to get five more at the same price.

'Trap'

Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m., Bosse High School, 1300 Washington Ave. Tickets are $20.

The 90-minute play follows the story of a community theater in California that experiences an unexplainable event: Everyone in the audience (except one) falls unconscious. A few investigators, doctors, and others (including audience members) try to figure out what exactly is going on.

Saturday

Eclipse show

1 p.m., Saturday and Sunday weekly, Koch Immersive Theater and Planetarium, 411 SE Riverside Drive. Tickets are $ 7 for adults and $5 for youth and members.This planetarium show demonstrates the conditions that produce solar and lunar eclipses.
