Lord Sugar has stunned fans by sharing a rather intimate medical photo following a bladder procedure.

The Apprentice star, 76, was accused of over-sharing after he posted the shot on X, which used to be Twitter.

The TV star explained that he’d had a camera inserted into his bladder, although he didn’t go into why, and he posted an image that was apparently taken during the procedure.

“Yesterday I underwent a rather uncomfortable procedure,” said the businessman.

“I had a camera inserted into my bladder by the excellent Dr John Hines. Happily the results were good.”

“The bad news is: we didn't find Lord Lucan,” he joked, referring to the peer who disappeared in the 70s after being suspected of murder.

Some of Lord Sugar’s fans commiserated, sharing their own experiences of the procedure.

And other said they were glad he was doing well and that he’d been given good results.

However, some people were left scratching their heads over the fact that the reality star chose to share the photograph on the platform.

“Over share much?” one person posted, as another said it was “TMI”.

“Well… there’s something I wasn’t expecting (or wanting) to see on Twitter this morning!” said someone else.

Another baffled fan asked why anyone would share such an image with strangers.

“Ever wonder if you overshare sometimes?” asked somebody else.

“I didn’t need to see this,” remarked one of the star’s followers.
