Following her public breakup with Michael B. Jordan, Lori Harvey, 25, shared that she still has faith in love but may need a guidebook from her parents.

Steve Harvey and Marjorie Harvey began their romance in 2005 and exchanged vows two years later, on June 25, 2007.

Being married for 15 years, The duo has a beautiful blended family of seven children and several grandchildren.

Their long-lasting relationship inspires their daughter to find the right partner.

“They’re definitely my couple goals. I literally was just talking to my mom on the phone earlier, and she was telling me what she got my dad for their anniversary tomorrow, and I’m like, ‘Wow, you guys are literally goals.’ This is what I want one day,” Harvey told USWeekly.

The SKN by LH founder noted that the relationship between her parents has only gotten stronger due to the genuine friendship they share outside of marriage.

“They have the best love; they’re so supportive of me and, you know, just always here for me, whatever I need. So they’re great. I love them,” Lori said.

Lori also shared that a dating “playbook manual” should be handed over to her regarding finding ‘The One.’

“Their biggest thing, I think is making communication key. Being on the same page. Like maintaining a friendship,” Lori said.

“Still liking each other after so many years because of course, the love is always going to be there but being able to be like, ‘I really like this person, I like hanging out with them, I have a good time with them. I can laugh and just kick it and hang out.’ That’s really important,” she said.

Lori and Jordan began dating in 2020 before going public as an item in January 2021 on Instagram. The couple was together for over a year.
