The Los Angeles Chargers’ schedule release video for the 2022-2023 season came in the form of a colorful anime opening.
The video was tweeted on Thursday by the NFL team's official Twitter account and has amassed over 4.7 million views.
Like any other anime opening tracks, the introduction also comes with a J-pop theme, Hideuki Asada’s “Dream Within a Dream.” There are also anime character versions of the NFL players featured on the schedule.
The opening features various players in dramatic poses and announces the Chargers' future games while parodying popular anime and animated shows such as “One Piece,” “Naruto,” “Avatar: The Last Airbender” and “Attack on Titan.”
