Legendary homegrown rock star Lou Gramm has booked an 8 p.m. show Saturday, Oct. 7, at Kodak Center, 200 W. Ridge Road.

The lead singer of Foreigner from 1977 to 1990 and 1992 to 2003 — who with band co-founder Mick Jones penned such massive hits as “Juke Box Hero,” “Hot Blooded” and “Cold as Ice” — will perform with his own band, Lou Gramm All Stars.

Tickets (starting at $30.50 plus fees) go on sale to the public 10 a.m. Friday, April 14, at Ticketmaster.com and the Kodak Center box office. A presale starts at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, at Ticketmaster.com.

Fans will be able to meet Gramm Saturday, Sept. 2, at Innovation Field when the Rochester Red Wings take on the Scranton Wilkes/Barre RailRiders.

The Gates native and Webster resident will sign autographs before the 6:05 p.m. game, throw the first pitch and lead the crowd in “Take Me Out to the Ball Game.”

A post-game fireworks show will be set to Foreigner’s and Gramm’s greatest hits.
