Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office looking for man wanted for fatal Valentine’s Day shooting

ASHBURN, Va. (DC News Now) — The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is asking for help in finding a man who was involved in shooting a 19-year-old who was found dead at an apartment parking lot.

Rashaun Owens is believed to be connected with a shooting on Feb. 14 that left Michai Dandridge-Carter, of Sterling, dead.

Owens is wanted for second-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and attempted robbery with a firearm. LCSO said he is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about where he is that could lead to his arrest is asked to reach out as soon as possible.
