Which Louisiana city was recently named the cleanest in the state?

Also on hand for the celebration were other members of the Louisiana Garden Club Federation.

The Louisiana Garden Club Federation has named Alexandria as the Cleanest City in Louisiana.

"I'm so proud to do this because this the first time in quite some time that you all have won this and I'm so excited for you," said Gilstrap.

"Without you guys none of this is possible," she told the staff members standing behind them.
