Louisiana RV resort renovations being filmed for reality TV series
ROBERT, La. (BRPROUD) — Servio Capital is the new owner of Tangi Pines Family Campground, formally known as Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort.
The purchase of the property, now named Adventures RV Resort, took place on Nov. 30, 2023. There are 417 RV sites and 77 cabins on the property and renovations are already ongoing.

Renovations include:
paving of all the roads and RV sites
zip line
bike paths
lazy river
poolside bar and grill
ropes course
mini bowling
inflatable playground
new pool and splashpad for children
updated golf cart rentals
a concert pavilion venue
50 amp electrical units for every RV site
renovation of all cabins
“The total development of the property will be a $34 million development,” said CEO Ryan Enk.
A reality TV series called “Cabin Wars: Flip It To Win It” is being filmed during the renovation process. Enk said 15 cabins are being renovated for the show. Filming for the reality show began on Monday, Jan. 8, and is scheduled to end on Saturday, March 2.
Enk said “Cabin Wars: Flip It To Win It” will be on YouTube and Amazon Prime. He said discussions are being held about airing the show on major networks.
He said when RV renters come to the renovated property, they “will have access to all the amenities on the properties” and costs will vary at different times of the year. The yearly average cost is $75 per night for RV renters.
The ultimate goal, after renovations, “is to establish Adventures RV Resort as a premier destination for creating lasting family memories,” said Enk.

While the property is being renovated, it will only be closed partially. RV spots and cabins are available for guests to book.
Enk said that anyone who books a stay during one of their two open house days will be able to see the renovated cabins and can vote on their favorite one for the show. The open house dates are Saturday, Feb. 10, and Saturday, Feb. 24.
“Guests may even be featured on the show itself,” said Enk.
