The Bulldogs (1-1) will go east to face No. 4 Clemson (2-0) at Memorial Stadium on Saturday (7 p.m. CT, ACC Network).
History does not bode well for the Bulldogs, with the Tigers leading the all-time series 3-0. The last time these two programs crossed paths ended in a 51-0 Louisiana Tech loss in 2006. Saturday marks the first time Louisiana Tech coach Sonny Cumbie will meet and play against Dabo Swinney.
Louisiana Tech lost 52-24 to Missouri in its season opener, before beating Stephen F. Austin their first power five opponent of the season, falling 52-24 to Missouri. Clemson beat Georgia Tech 41-10 in its opener, before coasting past Furman 35-12 last week.
