The nominations are in for The Courier Journal Player of the Week. Tons of impactful performances took place during the past week of action. Here are the athletes who made this week's cut. Cast your vote on our poll below.

Jayden Miles — Western

Western sophomore Jayden Miles scored 15 points and 15 rebounds in the Warriors' 68-42 win over Waggener on Friday.

Crew Gibson — DeSales

DeSales sophomore Crew Gibson had 11 points and 15 boards in the Colts' 55-53 upset win over Doss on Friday.

Alyssa Murphy — Mercy

Mercy sophomore Alyssa Murphy had 26 points and three rebounds in Mercy's 64-50 win over Bullitt East on Thursday.

Jakayla Thompson — Manual

Manual junior Jakayla Thompson had 25 points and nine rebounds in the Crimsons' 70-60 win over Central on Friday.

Hunter Coleman — Bullitt Central

Bullitt Central senior Hunter Coleman finished with 35 points and six rebounds in the Cougars' 54-51 overtime win over Fairdale on Saturday.
