A Louisville truck driver died Tuesday night in a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 65 near Columbus, Indiana, police said.

The crash shut down parts of I-65 for hours overnight Tuesday, the statement added.

The southbound lanes of I-65 from mile marker 68 to 64 were expected to be closed again starting at 10 p.m. Wednesday for debris clean-up, CPD said. That closure was planned to last about six hours, with traffic to be rerouted onto Ind. 46 at the Columbus exit.
