Louisville weather includes cloudy skies, rain Tuesday. Here's a look at the radar

On Tuesday, Sept. 12, forecasters predict cloudy skies with possible rain, according to the National Weather Service in Louisville.

Here's a look at the weather in Louisville, Kentucky, this week:

Tuesday 🌧: High of 73, low of 56. Cloudy with light rain. Slight chance of thunder. Will feel like 73 degrees.

Wednesday 🌤: High of 77, low of 52. Sunny with some cloud coverage. Will feel like 79 degrees.

Thursday ☀️: High of 75 degrees, low of 54 degrees. Sunny. Will feel like 79 degrees.

"Abundant mid-level clouds will limit our (temperature) recovery, keeping most locations in the mid 70s, and that's assuming no persistent rain," the NWS said. "Most of the (precipitation) should wind down around sunset, but will hold on to a slight chance into early evening generally along and north of the I-64 corridor in Kentucky."

"The weather then looks really nice through the end of the work week. A weakening of Hurricane Lee will be the most notable feature."
